Account information. If you choose to create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile photo (if provided via Google or Apple sign-in). You can also play as a guest without providing any personal information.
Game progress. We store your score, coins, unlocked items, achievements, and settings so your progress syncs across devices. Guest progress is stored only on your device.
Usage data. We collect anonymous analytics (e.g. session length, features used, crash reports) to improve the game. This data cannot identify you.
Device information. We collect basic device info (OS version, device model) for compatibility and troubleshooting. We do not collect your precise location.

Account data and game progress are stored securely in Google Firestore. Access is protected by Firebase security rules — only you can read or write your own data. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
Guest player data is stored only locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
PULSE is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and game progress are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained longer in aggregated form.
PULSE uses browser local storage (not cookies) to save your game preferences and progress locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you are signed in, in which case it syncs to your account.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-game notice. Continued use of PULSE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
